Temple Grandin, is the best-selling author of Temple Grandin’s Guide to Working with Farm Animals, Animals in Translation, Animals Make Us Human, and Improving Animal Welfare. She consults on animal welfare to several segments of the fast food industry, and her life was the subject of a 2010 Emmy Award-winning HBO movie. Grandin is a professor of animal science at Colorado State University.
