Homesteader in Fallon, Nevada, who gardens, makes cheese and bacon, preserves food, and keeps chickens, goats, and rabbits (and have kept more in the past). Homesteading instructor for the National Grange Organization, board member for Fallon Food Hub. My husband and I visit Zambia about once a year to teach sustainable agriculture to rural villages, working with a member of the Tonga tribe to teach what the citizens request and need. We also have an agricultural trial going with moringa and saffron to introduce it as a cash crop for villages.
