Mandisa Horn is the owner and chef at Horn O Plenty Freshtaurant, a farm to table restaurant in rural Pennsylvania. She is a member of a black family that has been in the area since the eighteenth century. She and her husband are four-generation farmers on his family farm. Mandisa is a self-trained chef who focuses on local, fresh ingredients and on building community through food.Mandisa is a contributor to Mother Earth News Fair Online.
