Diana Rodgers is a “real food” registered dietitian who has spent the last 18 years living on a working organic vegetable and pasture-raised livestock farm. She’s the co-author of the new book Sacred Cow: The Case for (Better) Meat, as well as the director and producer of the upcoming film of the same name. She hosts the Sustainable Dish podcast. Diana serves on the advisory boards of Savory Institute and Animal Welfare Approved, and she speaks internationally about the intersection of nutritious food and regenerative agriculture.
