Bev Martin co-founded Simply Ghee with Nancy Rohrer. Since 2013, they have been making ghee in small batches using amazing local butter (from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania) that is certified organic, certified grass-fed, and non-GMO verified. Simply Ghee was born out of loving butter, personal health reasons, and the need to share this important healthy fat with everyone to create healthy everyday meals. Martin loves eating healthy and clean, and she follows her nose (mainly) when cooking. She enjoys the creativity of conjuring up simple recipes that are both nutritious and delicious. And, of course, they all include ghee, be it Simply Ghee’s yummy Original Ghee or any one of the company’s five other delicious, unique flavors.
