Learn how to brew simple, one-gallon meads and beers utilizing various herbs and spices. Jereme Zimmerman will discuss how to make simple meads and ales that require minimal equipment, time or expertise. Zimmerman will focus on creating one-gallon batches of spiced meads and beers, but will also discuss brewing larger batches with a variety of additional ingredients. This will be a virtual, hands-on workshop. Zimmerman will demo various aspects of the brewing process, and will be on hand to virtually assist participants with creating their own brews. He will also discuss and demo the process of creating wild-fermented yeast starters.
