Moderately experienced chicken raisers will enjoy this opportunity to “Ask the experts” during this free 90-minute webinar, which is part of our Transitioning to a Market Flock Course. During the live session, the panelists will answer pre-submitted questions on topics covered in the three main categories of the course: Production, Processing, and “Chicken Math” (financial planning for a successful chicken business). This is geared for folks with at least some experience at raising chickens and who are interested in moving beyond a household operation. When you register for this webinar you will be asked to submit questions for the panelists so they can organize their answers ahead of time.

We encourage all participants to register for MOTHER EARTH NEWS FAIR ONLINE All-Access subscription so they can view the course before the webinar, but it is not required. CLICK HERE to register.

This 90-minute webinar is an opportunity to interact with some leading authorities on pastured poultry. It’s FREE, thanks to our sponsors The Fertrell Company and Murray McMurray Hatchery. Space for the live event is limited to the first 500 participants who arrive. We will also record the webinar for access by all registered participants to view at a later date.

On the afternoon of Tuesday, Feb. 16, you’ll receive an email invitation with instructions on how to join the webinar, which is being hosted through Zoom. Note: An internet connection is required along with the Zoom app. Participants won’t have their cameras enabled, but you’ll be able to view the host and participate in the Q&A. More information on Zoom webinars can be found by clicking the link at the bottom of this description. If you’ve never participated in a Zoom meeting or webinar, we strongly recommend that you read over the tutorial before this event.
