Shawna, diagnosed with severe spinal osteoarthritis in 2015, has reduced her pain levels by more than 80 percent by tapping into beneficial diet, food, and health practices that she has stuck with for more than three years. She dreams of inspiring more people who suffer from fibromyalgia, diabetes, arthritis, asthma, and other chronic inflammatory pain conditions, teaching them how they can reduce their pain levels with a smart anti-inflammatory diet and exercise plan.
